Charity Bike Ride

Charity Bike Ride
Lawrence Dalby, who lives at Forth- an-Eglos in St Day, will be doing a 300 mile charity bike ride from London to Paris in September in aid of the Royal Cornwall Hospitals’ Charity. He aims to start from London on September 9th and park his bike outside the Eiffel Tower in Paris on September 12th (the day of his 50th birthday).
This is a tremendous task to undertake and Lawrence is doing it all to show his gratitude for the way in which the staff at Treliske Hospital cared for his mother during the last few hours of her life two years ago. All money raised will go to benefit the hospital and its staff.
It would be great if St Day could get behind Lawrence and help him to raise as much money as possible so, if you wish to support him and make a donation – no matter how small it will be greatly appreciated – please click on the link below and follow the instructions on his Virgin Money Charity Cycling page.
