Back in February we included a questionnaire in the centre pages of the winter newsletter in which we gave details of eight possible future projects for the Parish Council to undertake and we asked residents to provide us with feedback to let us know which projects they wanted us to follow up. We had 52 replies which meant that over 2000 people chose not to reply and therefore forfeited the right to complain if their project wasn’t chosen.
The top four projects were:
1st St Day Old Church
2nd Vehicle activated road signs
3rd Town Clock & War Memorial lighting
4th External defibrillator
and we hope to have sufficient funds from the donations we were given to fund all of these projects over the coming year.
